🌿 Welcome to Our Natural Living Journey
Why We Changed Our Lifestyle — and Why We’re Sharing It With You
The world today is chaotic, fast-paced, and built around convenience—where synthetic solutions, quick fixes, and chemical-laden products have become the norm.
For a while, we were caught up in that cycle too. Our shelves were lined with bottles of vitamins, supplements, and over-the-counter aids. Our home was stocked with traditional cleaners and personal care items, many of which we didn’t think twice about using.
But something didn’t feel right.
🌱 Small Shifts That Became a Big Change
We began making intentional changes—replacing synthetic supplements with whole food-based nutrition wherever possible. When there’s no effective or affordable alternative, we still use supplements—but now we choose them with purpose.
We started swapping harsh cleaners for naturally derived alternatives and explored more balanced, holistic ways to support our health and home.
These shifts didn’t stop there.
We began cooking more meals at home using fresh fruits and vegetables, and minimized processed foods in our diet. Even when we eat out or travel, we try to make mindful choices that reflect how we want to feel.
This isn’t about perfection—because perfection doesn’t exist. It’s about doing what feels right for us, staying conscious, and adjusting as we go.
💚 It’s a Lifestyle, Not a Prescription
We know that what works for us might not be right for everyone—and that’s okay. This is a personal lifestyle choice, just like it was for us.
You’re free to explore your own version of natural living at your own pace. We’re simply here to offer insight, ideas, and a glimpse into what’s worked for us.
🛍️ What We Recommend — With Full Transparency

We only share what we’ve used, tested, and feel confident recommending. Our goal is not to “sell” a product—it’s to share our lifestyle and offer tools that might support yours too.
🤝 Let’s Walk This Road Together
We’re here to share our journey—the paths we’ve taken, what’s helped, what hasn’t, and what’s made the biggest difference. If something we share resonates with you, we welcome you to explore it further.

Nutrition
🍎 Nutrition That Supports Our Wellness
We found a different path—one that focuses on real, whole food nutrition in a form that’s both convenient and effective. That shift has already made a huge impact on our personal wellness. These days, we’re rarely sick. Even a case of the sniffles tends to pass quickly.
We’re still learning what our bodies truly need. We didn’t go all-organic or shop at high-end specialty stores. Like everyone else, we work with what’s available in our community—and we stay mindful of prices. We’ve taken time to understand how our local grocery stores handle their meats, vegetables, and fish. We read labels, look into how animals are raised and fed, and choose what makes the most sense for us.
We’ve started creating our own spice blends, cooking more meals at home, and looking for food that’s nutritious, good tasting, and easy to prepare. Our meals don’t take hours of prep or complicated steps—just real ingredients and simple flavors that support how we want to live.
And in our own way, we’re becoming gourmet chefs—not by restaurant standards, but by learning how to create meals that meet our daily needs and bring us joy. This is something every household can do in their own way. One size doesn’t fit all, but you can absolutely take what someone else has tried, make adjustments, and shape it to fit your likes, needs, and lifestyle.
We’ve also learned to accommodate individual needs within our family—things like lactose intolerance, diabetes, and allergies. It’s not about following a perfect plan—it’s about finding what works for your body and your home.
We continue to research, try new recipes, and learn as we go. This lifestyle is personal, flexible, and always evolving.
As we became more mindful of what we were putting into our bodies, we also started paying closer attention to what we were exposed to in our surroundings—especially through everyday household products.
Toxins Around Us
🧼 Creating a Safer Home Environment
We use cleaning, household, and personal care products that are naturally derived and made with little to no chemicals. The safety of these products is so high that they aren’t even required to use child-proof caps.
Although we don’t have children living in our home anymore, we still have concerns—especially for our furry, four-legged family members. We can’t always prevent them from grabbing something off the floor, and we’re not comfortable with the idea that cleaning chemicals could cause them harm.
By using safer products, we’re protecting ourselves and our pets from harmful and sometimes caustic ingredients. These naturally derived products work just as well—and often better—than chemical-heavy alternatives. While the cost may seem a little higher at first, they’re also more concentrated, so a little goes a long way. For our home, the benefits are well worth it.
We also keep in mind the bigger picture. If you have a septic tank, you have to think about what you’re dumping into it—and the costly problems that can show up later. When fertilizing lawns, it’s worth being aware of what you’re introducing into the environment. These choices affect more than just your household. They can have a lasting impact on the land, water, and people around you.
We stay mindful of the chemicals in everyday products because this is what our bodies are being exposed to. That includes the clothes we wear and what we use to wash them, as well as the dishes we eat from and how they’re cleaned. The question becomes: what harm might these chemicals be causing?
The same goes for what we use to manage aches, pain, or illness. Everything we use is absorbed, inhaled, or processed in some way. We believe it’s worth taking a closer look—not out of fear, but out of respect for our health, our families, and the choices we make every day.
These are some of the reasons why we made the change. And every step forward reinforces our belief that a more natural lifestyle is not only possible—but absolutely worth it.
There are products in this area that we use and recommend—ones that have made a difference in our home and daily routines. That’s another reason why we created this website: to share not only what we’ve learned, but the resources and tools that are helping us live more naturally, one choice at a time.
Inflamation & Pain
🌿 Managing Inflammation, Pain, and Sinus Issues Naturally
When one of us tore a ligament in a knee, we started looking for a more natural way to manage the inflammation and pain that followed. It wasn’t just about discomfort—it was affecting daily life. Standing, walking, and even driving became difficult.
We didn’t want to rely on over-the-counter medications long-term, so we began exploring other options. While CBD is now a big trend, we quickly learned that not all products are created equal. There are many elements and compounds involved—and unfortunately, plenty of manufacturers are just in it for the money.
Through research, conversations, and some trial and error, we found a company that offers a multi-spectrum field of products that have helped us tremendously. These are now part of how we manage both short-term pain and long-term wellness.
Essential oils have also played a big role. They’ve helped with inflammation, sinus issues, and even daily aches when used correctly. Like with anything else, research is required. Not all essential oils are the same—brands vary in quality, price, and effectiveness. You try what’s recommended, and from there, you discover what works for your body and your lifestyle.
We share the products we personally use and trust. In all of these areas—CBD, essential oils, household wellness—we have affiliations with companies that align with the values and results we believe in. If we recommend something, it’s because it has made a difference for us.
We follow medical advice and do our own research. We choose what’s best for us based on both. One size does not fit all. That’s why we encourage you to do the same—to gather information, talk with professionals, and decide what’s right for you, your family, and your furry loved ones too.
We’re not doctors or licensed medical professionals. Everything we share is based on personal experience and is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a trained healthcare provider when it comes to managing pain, illness, or chronic health concerns.
We created this website because we wanted to share all of these amazing products with others, like yourself. The benefits of these products have had a wonderful impact on our family.
One of the benefits is, if you have an interest, that each of these companies takes on individual distributors. Becoming distributors, partners, ambassadors, whatever the terminology, has allowed us to save money on the products, and even earn some commissions along the way.
The cost of becoming a distributor is outweighed by the product savings over the course of the year. And for someone who has more of a sales mentality than we do, the profit potential can be enormous.
While there is money to be made, our goal is to live a more natural life, using naturally-derived products instead of chemical, synthetic substitutes and to share these things with other like-minded individuals.
